Golden Perfection
Why are they called French fries if they weren’t made in France? It doesn’t matter whether the French people or Vietnamese people invented them, I will always love French friends throught my life. I will only eat at fast food places with satisfaction if I can order a large fry. The sparkling salt, glistening on the golden, thin, cooked to perfection potato, being held in your hand is heaven on earth. I love the floppy ones, that almost look like they are made of rubber, because they are juicy throught their core. I would long to travel, not to see sights, not to meet people there, but to taste their pride and joy all put into a single French Fry.

I love the floppy ones too.
ReplyDeleteI hate french fries. But I like how you wrote this, you have good descriptions like "glistening" and "made of rubber" good job! I think you might just love french fries as much as Mr. A hates pickles.
